On behalf of one of its clients a leading specialist in gas logistics the French Chamber of Commerce is looking for a Logistics assistant.
Reporting to the Site Manager you will work independently as part of a dynamic and supportive team. As part of an international group you will be able to develop locally or internationally.
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Local Operations Coordinator. In this role you will be responsible for various operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning of our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with different teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Database Management: Update distribution records CryoTool and container availability information.
Operational Cost Tracking:Monitor and track operational costs to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Invoice Validation:
Verify invoices from maritime companies and Choon Heng to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Container Fleet Management:
Maintain a comprehensive record of container fleet movements and status.
Fleet Optimization and Upgrades:
Identify opportunities for optimizing the container fleet and coordinate upgrades as necessary.
Integration of Digital Tools:
Act as a liaison between digital tools technical support logistics and maintenance operators to streamline operations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
diploma in logistics supply chain management or a related field.
Prior experience in operations coordination or similar roles preferred.
Proficiency in database management and familiarity with relevant software tools.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
