Job Description

- Receive and process orders (invoicing)
- Receive and dispatch orders
- Arrange transportation and track orders to ensure timely deliveries.
- Preparing shipping documents (invoices)
- Monitoring shipments costs and timelines.
- Ensure that all traffic fines are up to date.
- Ensure all stock is labeled before it is loaded.
- Respond to customer service requests.
- Provide information to CRM/Customers about the status of their orders.
- Manages and overseeing administrative processes.
- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures.
Requirements
- 2 years experience
- Grade 12
- 2 years experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn systems faster
- Freight Road Sea. Road
- Available immediately
