CHI Saint Josephs in Mount Sterling is looking for a locum OB/GYN to help fill their urgent March dates and ongoing needs as they arise!

Requirement description : ALL OF THE FOLLOWING MUST BE NOTED IN ADDITIONAL SUBMISSION DETAILS AT NAME CLEAR TO BE CONSIDERED AND AVOID BEING REDIRECTED!!
- Board Certified OB/GYN or Truly BE (within 05 years of residency completion) REQUIRED
- Active KY License REQURIED OR IMLC (LOQ IN HAND AT PRESENTATION) (IMLC accepted if not cutting close to dates)
- Active ACLS BLS & DEA REQUIRED
- Residency/Fellowship Must complete a residency training program approved by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education or its equivalent in obstetrics at a minimum REQUIRED
- Clean Malpractice/Background HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Must be available for dates listed in job description and must be listed at submission to be considered REQUIRED
- Must state ongoing availability (# of shifts per month) at name submission REQUIRED
- Disclose if the provider has worked at any other CHI/Dignity facility REQUIRED
- COVID VACCINATED REQUIRED
