1 clinic day per week 8AM4:30PM

4 OR/Surgery days per week 7A5P

APPs take first call weeknight/weekedn call divided by 3 APPs

Vein call divided among 2 APPs (this position will take half of the call)

Patient Volume:

OR: 38 cases per week

Procedures:

10 Bed unit

Sephenous and radial vein harvesting (Getinge UVH)

1^st assist with cardiac surgery.

EMR:

EPIC/Dragon

License Needed:

MI License will wait must be clean and fast with paperwork.

Certifications Needed:

MI License DEA BLS ACLS. Must have 50 case logs within past 12 months.

Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed:

Cardiac Surgery/Vein harvesting.

Other additional pertinent information:

Full Surgery support team 1 FT CVS Surgeon (3 local locum MDs as well) two APPs.
