Position Name:Life Sciences Principal Consultant (PMO Lead)

Responsibilities:

• The objective of this role is to manage and facilitate large-scale transformation implementation to ensure delivery provides the desired business outcomes.
• Work with other client vendors and solution Partners (SAP) and the core Delivery team to ensure that solutions are not siloed and that they are informed by, and integrated with, the client’s enterprise roadmaps.
• Ensure project and initiative progress, including consistent and effective communication.
• This includes managing escalation and avoiding risk.
• Measure and communicate value realized periodically through defined and agreed-upon metrics and supporting analysis.
• Serve as a continuous connector. Energized by a role that is focused on partnership and facilitation.
• Operates through the lens of what can we do to simplify and improve things.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a business including work in a technology function. Strong Technology experience in R&D, commercial, operational, and ERP Systems (SAP S4 HANA) and Solutions.
• Ability to bring new technology thinking and solutions leveraging internal and external technology partners and specialists.
• Ability to communicate complex business / technical challenges in a simplified manner.
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Led ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Must have experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies and can formulate new programs to generate excitement and engagement.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement and project management approaches, tools, and phases.
• Exceptional ability to lead change using positive and collaborative methods. Highly collaborative work style which includes working effectively across all organizational levels-
• Experience working in a highly matrixed organization and overcoming ambiguity- Leading by example, mentoring, and motivating others all around you.
