Responsibilities of the LPN Licensed Practical Nurse
Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients needs
Perform assigned duties. Including administration of medication wound care treatments and procedures
Monitor clients conditions; reporting changes to RNs
Requirements
Requirements of the LPN Licensed Practical Nurse
MUST hold a current CPR Certification
MUST hold active LPN license
Requirements of the LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - MUST hold a current CPR Certification - MUST hold active LPN license
