Level 2 Network Engineer

At Kapres Technology we are looking for a Level 2 Network Engineer.

The following tasks are:

Installation configuration and troubleshooting of network hardware such as routers switches firewalls Load Balancers IPAM and Reverse Proxy

Monitoring network performance system availability and reliability.

Troubleshooting and resolving network issues including hardware and software problems.

Collaborating with other IT professionals to develop and implement network security measures.

Conducting regular network maintenance including updating software and hardware.

Hands on experience with troubleshooting tools techniques and methodology including advance troubleshooting skills at packet levels using Sniffer/ Wireshark / TCPDUMP/ Snoop etc.

Documenting network configurations processes and procedures.

Provide network support to operational and engineering teams including assisting with recovery efforts during unplanned network outages.

Integrated structured engineering disciplines and processes in order establish highfunctioning streamlined network support operations.

Provide 24/7 network support including security and disaster recovery readiness
