Your responsibilities will include collaborating with clients to understand their legal staffing needs identifying and recruiting exceptional legal professionals and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelors degree in Law Human Resources Business Administration or a related field along with proven experience in legal recruitment or a legal environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their legal staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
• Identify engage and recruit top legal talent through various channels including direct sourcing networking and referrals.
• Conduct indepth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications experience and cultural fit.
• Manage the endtoend recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure longterm partnerships.
• Stay abreast of industry trends market intelligence and competitor insights to advise clients on talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Law Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a legal recruiter or in a legal environment with a strong understanding of legal roles and practice areas.
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
