Salary: CHF 130000

Tasks

• Provide legal support and advice across all phases of project development with a focus on commercial and distribution matters ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
• Review draft and negotiate various commercial contracts and agreements including distribution and agency agreements sales agreements and other business development contracts.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify and mitigate legal risks associated with commercial and distribution activities within project development.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on pertinent matters impacting commercial transactions including carbon markets and Carbon Dioxide Removal (CDR) industry regulations.

Requirements

• Resident in Switzerland
• Min. 46 years of legal practice experience with a specialization in project development construction law energy law and significant exposure to commercial and distribution matters.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating and drafting complex commercial contracts particularly in the context of largescale industrial projects.
• Experience or familiarity with carbon markets and the CDR industry
