Plutus21 Capital is seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Legal & Compliance Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Legal & Compliance Associate the candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company operates in full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The candidate should be familiar with risk management and our industrys standards. In addition to this the candidates goal will be to ensure we operate in a legal and ethical manner while meeting our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular reviews and updates of company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Monitor changes in laws and regulations and communicate relevant updates to the team.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement compliance training programs.
Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of our compliance program.
Assist with the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and reports.
Conduct due diligence on potential business partners and vendors.
Investigate and respond to any compliancerelated issues including internal and external inquiries and complaints.
Stay current on industry trends and regulatory developments to proactively identify potential risks and recommend appropriate actions.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Law Business or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a legal or compliance role preferably in the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of laws and regulations related to financial services such as AML KYC and SEC regulations.
Excellent research analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to independently manage projects and meet deadlines.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Detailoriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
