The Lead QA Engineer will join a dynamic team in the endtoend development of applications for clinician collaboration using realtime collaboration solutions.

OVERVIEW:
  • The Team provides Video and collaborationbased solutions for the clinicians and patient population to provide bestinclass care delivery.
  • One solution is the Video Remote Interpreter solution enabled on iPad/PC/iPhone/SIP integration API modalities.
  • The Team is also developing new solutions for clinician collaboration using realtime collaboration solutions and platforms along with solutions that leverage events streams ML and NLP technologies for IOS and Desktop platforms.
  • The solutions portfolio uses a Microservices architecture React/Node JS Java and JavaScript stack with SQL and NoSQL Databases.
  • The future roadmap will enable ML and AI based solutions for healthcare service.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop the overall test strategy and Master Test Plan for the system(s).
  • Create test scripts test plans test specifications and requirements traceability matrix for iOS apps and webapps.
  • Will provide handson designing and executing of the Automation test cases and scripts for Web and iOS apps.
  • Responsible for the validation of the various applications (Web based and iOS Apps).
  • Understanding of the processes and functionality knowledge of the overall system mapping of required interfaces and data requirements.
  • Collaboration and meeting with the Product and Engineering Teams to determine quality assurance scope for the project.
  • Designing endtoend QA test procedures with optimal mix of manual and automation test cases.
  • Hands on role with responsibility for daytoday test preparation and test execution activities.
  • Work on synthetic test data set up for various environments.
  • Execution of test deliverables analysis of test results detection and documentation of defects and validation of bug fixes.
PREREQUISITES:
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related fields.
  • 10 years as a QA Engineer in a midlarge size enterprise/corporation.
  • 5 years working with Agile Scrum processes and experience in documenting use cases and test cases.
  • 5 years of experience testing iOS mobile apps.
  • 3 years of QA automation experience.
  • 3 years experience as a Lead.
  • Programming in Python/Java /scripting skills.
  • Expertise in testing a CI/CD microservices based environment is a plus.
  • Work on Front and Back End and API testing of applications.
  • Experience with incident management and tools such as ServiceNow JIRA Git.
  • Ensure requirements traceability is maintained in the validation test scripts and results.
  • Proficiency in SQL to access relational Databases.
  • Experience with test data prep for SQL/ NoSQL databases.
  • Excellent analytical skills to ensure root causes are identified for issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document test strategy test plans test scripts and test cases.
  • Team player who has experience in working with geographically distributed teams.
