Coaching and leading your team

Essentials (must be attained prior to starting):

Minimum of 2 years experience as a leader or manager required.

Experience/ specialization in team leadership.

Knowledge and experience in Personal Development with strong commitment to selfimprovement.

Community building experience.

Experience and skills:

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Excellent Communication Skills. This includes good telephone and video manner.

Experience and desire to work with a wide range of clients.
