Lead UX Designer

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for software applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator XD) and other relevant software.
• Leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a design team.
• Educational qualification must be from design background design/visual communication

• Lead mentor and manage a team of 6 UI/UX designers ensuring efficient workflows and highquality output.
• Collaborate with product management business and other stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into visually appealing and userfriendly designs.
• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for webbased software applications focusing on usability and user experience.
• Utilize industrystandard tools such as Figma Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator XD) and other design software to create wireframes prototypes and visual designs.
• Participate in design reviews and present design solutions to stakeholders incorporating feedback to refine and iterate designs.
• Stay uptodate on the latest design trends and technologies to ensure designs are modern innovative and effective.

• Bachelors Degree in Design Visual Communication or a related field. Masters Degree in Design or a related field is a plus.
