We work with businesses across a broad range of industries including Banking & Financial Services Insurance Healthcare Retail Telecommunications Media & Entertainment Technology Travel & Hospitality and Logistics.
Lead New Hire Training .
Location Bangalore Centennial Whitefield
Shift US
Responsibilities:
- Develop & deliver engaging training programs on P&C claims processes regulations & software.
- Train new hires & upskill existing employees on claims handling investigation & adjudication.
- Partner with subject matter experts to ensure training accuracy & relevance.
- Evaluate trainee performance & provide personalized feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends & adapt training programs accordingly.
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience training claims professionals in P&C insurance.
- Proven ability to develop & deliver effective training programs.
- Strong knowledge of P&C claims processes regulations & best practices.
- Excellent communication presentation & interpersonal skills.
- Passion for adult learning & development.
The incumbent must have training experience in claims processing for a Property and Casualty Insurance vertical.
This is an individual contributor role.
Rotational US shifts
The batch starts on 25 March 2024. need immediate joiners applicants.
