Role Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Lead Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in the IT industry with a strong background in software quality assurance and testing. As a Lead Software Quality Assurance Engineer you will be responsible for leading a team of QA engineers developing and implementing quality assurance policies conducting tests identifying defects and ensuring that our software meets the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of QA engineers in testing software applications
• Develop and implement comprehensive QA plans and test strategies to ensure software quality and compliance with specifications.
• Choose and add testing strategies and technologies to products to maximize value from a business perspective
• Conduct regular quality assurance reviews
• Understand different projects requirements and create detailed comprehensive and wellstructured test plans and test cases for integration testing performance testing and security testing.
• Collaborate with the Product and Development teams to ensure testing is conducted timely and effectively
• Implement workflows for regression testing and regularly execute regression tests to ensure new software changes have not adversely affected existing functionalities
• Collaborate with the security team if necessary for procedures on vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Set up configure and maintain test environments ensuring they mimic realworld scenarios. Manage test data ensuring its availability and integrity throughout the testing phase.
• Communicate with DevOps and BE engineers regarding technical tasks/issues
• Lead QA groomings for estimation and delegation automation projects

Requirements:

• Should have a deeper understanding of testing methodologies automation tools and quality assurance best practices.
• Should also have experience with project management and leadership skills
• Handson experience with project management tools such as Jira and Notion sprints board
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies tools and processes
• Hands on with testing frameworks
• At least 3 years experience with Selenium/Appium/Cypress
