Lead Software EngrTech Lead For Software Co

We are looking for a passionate Lead Software Engineer / Tech Lead for the Philippines to work in a hybrid setup for our USbased client. For this role we only process candidates that are based Metro Manila Philippines and have legal authorization to work in the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning execution and successful delivery of software projects while ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers designers and developers to define project scope objectives and timelines.
• Implement and maintain highquality codebases using Typescript and React adhering to best practices in software development.
• Utilize project management tools such as Linear to effectively track progress manage tasks and facilitate team collaboration.
• Conduct code reviews mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
• Stay abreast of new technology trends and best practices in software development to continuously enhance our capabilities.
• Occasionally visit the office for team meetings project kickoffs and other collaborative activities while primarily working remotely.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lead Software Engineer Tech Lead or similar role in software development projects.
• Strong project management skills with experience in using project management tools like Linear.
• Proficiency in Typescript and React with a solid understanding of software architecture and design principles.
• Excellent problemsolving abilities and a resultsdriven approach to software development.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving project objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of working collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

Nice to Haves:

• Familiarity with design tools like Figma enhancing collaboration between the development and design teams.
• Experience with Python adding versatility to your technical skill set and contributing to projects requiring a broader range of technologies.
