Lead Salesforce Business Analyst

Role and Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for analyzing realtime and historic data on operational performance and customer experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Generating and modifying user dashboards
- Partnering with development and testing teams to create effective tools
- Coordinating with Salesforce administration and development teams
- Taking ownership of technical delivery and escalating roadblocks to relevant resources
- Setting best practices for integration and application development deployment testing and iterative refinement
- Driving continuous improvements in CRM technology to enhance cost quality turnaround time and customer effort
- Participating in all aspects of CRM changes including requirements design user testing and agile sprints
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong business analysis and functional experience including requirements gathering and deploying solutions to end users
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical requirements and test scripts
- Experience serving as a single point of contact between the business and technical teams
- Proficiency in user acceptance testing (UAT) rollout
