Were seeking a talented Lead Product Designer to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Sprouts. Product Designers at Sprouts are not just creators; theyre innovators collaborators and champions of usercentric design. In this role youll work closely with crossfunctional teams to ideate prototype and iterate on features that drive meaningful impact for our users.

You will

• Help develop and maintain a robust design system as the foundation for all visual assets within the Sprouts brand.
• Stay closely connected with customers to understand their usage patterns and challenges and work with Sprouts leadership to prioritise the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to conceptualise and design new features.
• Create prototypes and mockups to effectively communicate the purpose and UX of upcoming features to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engineering and QA to ensure seamless pixel perfect implementation of your designs.
• Partner with sales and marketing to design engaging experiences that foster trust and confidence among current and potential customers throughout the S&M funnel.
• Stay informed about developments in the Martech space from both product and marketing perspectives.
• Assist in identifying and recruiting top talent to join the Sprouts Design Team.

Ideally youd have

• 8 to 12 years of experience as a design professional with some experience designing B2B SaaS products.
• Experience creating and maintaining components across multiple product surfaces in Figma.
• A love for typography and a knack for writing short captivating copy to enhance your UI designs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate and share your ideas with the rest of the team.
• An appetite for constant learning and a penchant to give and take feedback gracefully.
