Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Lead ML Engineer to join our team in a remote capacity operating within the UK shift timings of 2pm to 11pm IST. As the Lead ML Engineer you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of machine learning solutions to address complex business challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers in designing developing and deploying machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers software engineers and business stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to understand patterns trends and relationships in large datasets.
- Design and develop scalable machine learning pipelines and workflows to process and analyze data efficiently.
- Implement stateoftheart machine learning algorithms and techniques to solve business problems and optimize processes.
- Evaluate model performance and iteratively improve model accuracy robustness and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with best practices for data privacy security and ethical use of data.
- Mentor and coach junior team members providing guidance on technical challenges and professional development.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning research tools and techniques.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics or related field.
- 5 12 years of experience in machine learning data science or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or Scala.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow PyTorch scikitlearn etc.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms statistical methods and data structures.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
- Prior experience in a leadership or mentorship role is preferred.
- Experience working in a remote environment or across different time zones is a plus.
