We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Manager to spearhead our team of dedicated professionals. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead manage and develop a highperforming team to achieve and exceed sales and customer service targets.
  • Design and implement effective strategies to recruit train and retain talent ensuring our team is equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Monitor team performance providing feedback and coaching to enhance productivity and quality of service.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and the successful rollout of new services or improvements.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry developments and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies standards and regulatory requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven leadership experience in home services customer service or a related field.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales and performance targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in analyzing sales data to inform decisionmaking.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field preferred.
