Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design architecture and development of complex Javabased solutions ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams mentoring junior developers and promoting knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable and robust architectural designs.
• Define and enforce coding standards design patterns and development methodologies to ensure highquality code and maintainable solutions.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in architecture technologies and development processes.
• Conduct code reviews and architectural assessments to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies trends and best practices in Java development and architecture.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Java development providing guidance and support to project teams as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive experience in Java development lead architect role.
• Strong expertise in Java EE/J2EE technologies frameworks and tools.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing largescale highperformance Java applications and systems.
• Excellent understanding of software architecture principles design patterns and best practices.
• Experience with cloudnative architectures and microservices design patterns.
• Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. Oracle Certified Master Java EE Architect) are a plus.
