We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Generation Specialist with experience in the US insurance industry to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential to scale up to a full-time role. As a Lead Generation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to generate high-quality leads based on the profiles set by the agency/client. This role requires expertise in lead generation strategies, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in the morning hours as per the CST time zone. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully generating leads within the US insurance market. Responsibilities • Generate a minimum of 12 high-quality appointments per month, ensuring that each appointment (a) meets the criteria for the target prospects and (b) shows up at the meeting. • Utilize various lead generation strategies and tools to identify and acquire high-quality leads based on the profiles set by the agency/client. • Conduct thorough research to identify target markets, customer segments, and potential lead sources within the US insurance industry. • Develop and execute effective lead generation campaigns, leveraging multiple channels such as email, social media, and other relevant platforms. • Set appointments with qualified leads for sales representatives, facilitating the sales process and contributing to revenue generation. • Collaborate with agency owner to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals and objectives. • Continuously monitor and optimize lead generation efforts to minimize the no-show rate, keeping it below 10% per month (equivalent to less than 3 no-shows for every 16 qualified leads). • Execute targeted email campaigns to existing clients with the objective of cross-selling additional products and services. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging lead generation techniques to ensure a competitive edge.
