JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST

Your Responsibilities as a Lead Generation Specialist would be:
Conduct research and gather information about prospective clients using the provided list of companies.
Identify key decisionmakers within target organizations and determine their contact information (e.g. email addresses phone numbers).
Make outbound calls to potential leads to introduce our business consulting services and create interest in our offerings.
Responsible for arranging schedules and appointments with clients aiming to secure sales and client satisfaction
Engage in consultative conversations to understand the prospects business needs challenges and goals.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet the requirements for our services.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all lead interactions and prospect details in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to transfer qualified leads and provide necessary background information.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
Continuously stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitive analysis.


Qualifications as a Lead Generation Specialist:
Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role.
Minimum of 2 years work experience and track record in lead generation is strongly preferred.
With experience with lead generation AI tools and appointment setting
Preferably with experience with Odoo MS Dynamics Apollo.io or is flexible into learning new systems
Has a background working for a start up company
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a strong command of English.
Ability to conduct effective research and gather accurate information about potential leads.
Experience in making outbound calls and engaging in persuasive conversations with prospects.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficient in using CRM software and other lead generation tools.
Selfmotivated and targetdriven with a proactive approach to achieving results.
Ability to work independently in a remote work environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
Willing to work flexible shifts
