Role and Responsibilities:
- As a Lead Generation Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and gather relevant information.
- Identifying and qualifying prospects based on specified criteria.
- Delivering persuasive and compelling presentations to prospects to generate interest in the insurance products.
- Maintaining a comprehensive database of leads and effectively managing followups to ensure high conversion rates.
Candidate Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate for this role should have:
- 14 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Adeptness in English Hindi and Marathi languages.
- A bachelors degree in any stream.
