Lead Financial Analyst

Ownership of annual budget process to set direction and establish financial targets for the Commercial Business Unit

Evaluate and assess the financial results of the Commercial Business Unit

Business Forecast and Planning:

• Actively engage and participate with the business planning process.
  
• Build and manage business sales and spending forecasts
  
• Manage the annual budgeting process and review key inputs and assumptions
  
• Evaluate business opportunities investment projects and cost optimization initiatives ensuring alignment with the companys financial goals
  
• Lead monthly Commercial financial results discussion
  

Finance Business Partner:

• Drive meaningful analysis to guide business investments and decisions
  
• Work proactively and collaboratively across the organization with product managers sales and operations and advise on how business actions may affect the financials
  
• Ensure business initiatives and metrics are aligned with strategic goals
  
• Monitor relevant control limits and escalate concerns to the business
  
• Identify key trends and areas of opportunities and make recommendations
  
• Prepare executive and senior management level presentations and work directly with the leadership team
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting with a 3.00 GPA or higher for all degrees earned
  
• 3 years work experience in finance and/or accounting with monthly reporting responsibility
  
• Experience in manufacturing is preferred
