Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Engineer with expertise in Angular 15 Ionic 6 and a strong background in Hybrid Development environments. The ideal candidate should be proficient in CSS3 and HTML5 with a deep understanding of Cordova Plugins and Integration Development. As a Lead Product Engineer you will play a crucial role in leading and guiding the product engineering team to deliver innovative and highquality solutions.

Responsibilities
1. Lead the product engineering team in the development and maintenance of cuttingedge applications using Angular 15 and Ionic 6.
2. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable solutions.
3. Utilize expertise in CSS3 and HTML5 to create visually appealing and userfriendly interfaces.
4. Drive the implementation of Hybrid Development environments ensuring seamless integration of Cordova Plugins for enhanced functionality.
5. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members fostering a collaborative and growthoriented work environment.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to recommend and implement best practices in product engineering.

Qualifications
1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Lead Product Engineer with a focus on Angular 15 Ionic 6 CSS3 and HTML5.
3. Extensive knowledge and handson experience in Hybrid Development environments specifically with Cordova Plugins and Integration Development.
4. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to create visually appealing interfaces.
5. Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills with a keen attention to detail.
6. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
7. Prior experience in a leadership role is preferred.

Additional Requirements
Exposure to a Hybrid development environment is mandatory for the Lead position.
