Position: Lead Corporate Finance
Location: Mumbai
Reporting to CFO
Key Responsibilities :
Pre and Post IPO
- Assist in preparing preIPO documentation and investor materials
- Conduct comprehensive IPO readiness assessments.
- Prepare and analyze financial data ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development of IPO strategies and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure a smooth IPO process
- Evaluate the financial health of potential IPO.
- Conduct due diligence and financial analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
- Develop financial models to project postIPO performance and valuations.
M&A
- Participate in M&A transactions including target identification and due diligence.
- Analyze financial statements perform valuation assessments and create deal structures.
- Assist in negotiation and deal execution.
Fundraising:
- Identify potential funding sources and opportunities.
- Prepare investment memoranda and pitch presentations.
- Engage with investors and potential partners to secure funding.
Joint Ventures (JV) and Alliances:
- Identify and assess potential JV and alliance opportunities.
- Develop financial models to evaluate the feasibility and benefits of partnerships.
- Negotiate and structure JV agreements.
Financial Modeling:
- Build and maintain complex financial models for various scenarios.
- Perform sensitivity analysis and stress testing.
- Use financial models to support decisionmaking processes.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Analyze financial data and industry trends to provide actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Key Requirements:
- 10 years of finance expertise with minimum 3 years of experience at senior managerial level. Further minimum 3 years of experience at a Big 4 in either audit transaction advisory or business advisory
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant CFA MBA Finance
- Experience in Financial Reporting & Controllership is a Must
- Good to have experience from a Big 4
- Real estate or Hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
