Were currently seeking applications for the position of Lead Consultant DOT NET Support. In this role you will play a crucial part in supporting and enhancing our web applications. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting existing desktop and webbased applications resolving technical issues for various stakeholders managing and resolving production incidents and executing daytoday operations using ticketing tools and processes.

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting/Troubleshooting existing dot net desktop based and webbased application.
• Responsible for resolving technical issues for consumers partners clients or internal stakeholders by addressing issues assigned to them through the ticketing systems using process specifications following operating procedures.
• Creating scheduling monitoring jobs troubleshooting jobs
• Go through logs and trace back to code as to what is going wrong.
• Manage and resolve production incidents. Covers system outages job failures system defects data defects and end user support.
• Execute and manage daytoday operations via ticketing tools and processes.
• Ensure appropriate tool is updated in accordance with SLA specifications with case notes status updates and case closure information.
• Responsible to test the application features should understand any testing tool.

Your Technical Background:

• B.E./ B.Tech/MCA or equivalent
• Experience in VB.Net C# ASP.net WCF MVC AWS
• Strong understanding in Relational database concepts
• Good knowledge and work experience of SQL Server PL/SQL
• Experience with GIT and windows form.
• Experience with html CSS JavaScript jQuery LINQUE.
