Execute annual performance appraisal annual performance bonus productivity linked bonus Industry benchmark benefits and stock options as per company policy
Develop compensation and rewards strategies for the employees.
Prepare HR budget and manpower cost as per annual business plan.
Perform salary reviews based on market and sector specific benchmarking.
