Lead Architect Latam

This is a remote position.

• Lead the design and development of scalable and robust software solutions that leverage AIdriven technologies.
  
• Be involved in all aspects of the development lifecycle from initial design to deployment ensuring the quality and efficiency of the solutions.
  
• Work closely with product managers designers and fellow engineers to refine and implement product requirements fostering a collaborative and agile development environment.
  
• Oversee the management and scaling of our cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
  
• Design manage and optimize Cloud DB systems for high availability and consistency.
  
• Develop and manage APIs utilizing KONG for API gateway functionalities.
  
• Architect and implement microservicesbased solutions which are a fundamental part of our technology stack.
  
• Manage code versioning using Git and ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines ensuring rapid and reliable software delivery.
  
• Guide the deployment of containerized applications using Kubernetes contributing to the scalability and reliability of our services.
  
• Integrate AI/ML functionalities as required by the product to provide innovative and intelligent solutions.
  
• Advocate for and implement TDD practices across the team to ensure software quality and reliability.
  
• Build responsive and dynamic frontend interfaces using Angular ensuring a seamless user experience.
  
• Develop efficient and scalable backend services using Node.js supporting the functionality of the applications.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  
• 35 years of fullstack development experience preferably in startup ecosystems.
  
• Demonstrated proficiency in AWS Cloud DBA and Microservices.
  
• Experience with KONG Git Kubernetes AI/ML implementations and TDD.
  
• Strong foundation in CI/CD processes and tools.
  
• Proven skills in Angular and Node.js development.
  
• Ability to design and manage APIs efficiently.
  
• Strong problemsolving mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
  
• Capacity to adapt quickly in dynamic startup environments.
  
• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
  

• Relevant certifications in AWS Kubernetes or other mentioned technologies.
  
• Prior experience in mentoring or leading development teams.
  
• Familiarity with other programming languages or frameworks.
