Bachelor's degree in Law. Holds a license to practice a profession from the Bar Association. Experience of not less than (4) years in legal aspects in banks or financial institutions. Knowledge of written and spoken English. Knowledge of banking operations and their legal aspects and risks associated with them. Knowledge of the services and products offered by the bank. Knowledge of the laws and legislative frameworks governing the bank's business. Knowledge of the instructions, laws and regulations of the Palestinian Monetary Authority. Knowledge in drafting laws, contracts, agreements and legal notes Extensive knowledge of commercial and corporate law
