Landscape supervisor

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of landscaping staff
• Plan and implement landscaping designs
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Train and mentor team members
• Inspect and maintain landscaping equipment
• Oversee the planting and maintenance of trees flowers and other plants
• Manage budget and resources for projects
• Client communication and relationship management
• Conduct site evaluations and provide recommendations
• Resolve any issues or concerns that arise during projects
• Implement strategies to enhance landscape sustainability
• Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and materials
• Collaborate with landscape architects and designers
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and deadlines
• Prepare reports and documentation as required

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Horticulture Landscape Management or related field
• Proven experience in landscaping and horticultural practices
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques and plant materials
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects
• Proficiency in landscape design software and tools
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices
