Role & Responsibilities:
Once Job is assigned they need to call up the client and take a meeting scheduled immediately based on Client feasibility
After taking the Client Schedule he should meet the Client in the said client place on time
Must Inspect Sites Directly by cross verifying the Land security document provided for Home Loans by Clients and updating in the Mattrum WebApp
Must Complete the 20 Attributes assigned for a Property by verifying EB Card with Meter Number Checking Area Length and Breadth of Site Verifying Building plan Approvals docs Street View Photo inside and outside the property and Geo Location tagging etc.
Need to click submit after completing the 20 Attributes as per Actual Findings.
Its a part time job you can work on flexible time in a day the target for a day is only 4 files minimum but its up to you to complete as much you wish.

Field work to be done using Own Transport

Accurate documentation and reporting should be done by end of the day in Maatram WebApp through your Own Android Mobile Phones

You can work as a Freelance Consultant even if you are employed somewhere
For Field Verification you will earn 400rs per File (400*5 2000Rs Per Day)
You can earn minimum Rs. 24000 Per Month if you close 60 Files a Month
Dont have to come Office you can work on your Preferrable Timings
