Land Surveying Crew Chief

Midwest engineering firm with over 50 years in the business has an immediate opening for a Land Surveying Crew Chief for their St. Louis office!

Responsibilities:

• Perform boundary/topographic surveys and stake proposed improvements
  
• Read construction plans
  
• Write/interpret land descriptions
  
• AutoCAD drafting
  
• Collaborate/communicate with other departments
  

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience (site development project experience preferred)
  
• 2 years of experience as a field technician (rodman)
  
• 1 years of crew chief experience (the more experience the better)
  
• Knowledge/use of standard industry surveying software robotic station and GPS equipment
  
• Experience using Microsoft Office
  
• Ability to lift/carry 50 pounds
  
• Must be able to walk long distances over varied terrain and work in all climates
  
• Secondary education preferred
  
• Proven driving record
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
