Tridat Technologies is hiring "L2 Windows Server Administrator" for one of the advanced technology solutions company catering to the needs of the Banking, Mobility, Payments and Government sectors.
Qualifications: Any graduate
Experience: 4+ yrs
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Windows server administration and management.
- System Backups
- MSSQL and MySQL Admin
- Server Security & Knowledge on AD, DNS, DHCP, Backup
- Working on Virtualization layer
- Candidates will be responsible for troubleshooting of tickets, monitoring the server infrastructure and handling escalated tickets of low to medium complexity
- Deliverable will include ticket ownership, response, resolution and update and handle escalated tickets from various levels.
- Ensure adherence to customer & SLA commitments for self and the team.
- Collaborate with fellow system administrators and support team members
- Cloud Knowledge will be Add on
Desired candidate profile:
- Thorough knowledge of Windows server environment.
- Experience into web hosting industry preferred
- Outstanding troubleshooting skills
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ownership and follow-up skills
- Should be able to perform independently and in teams
Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Employment Mode: Contract to hire (Full time opportunity)
Joining Period: Immediate to max 15 days
