Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff including chefs cooks and kitchen assistants.
- Oversee the management of kitchen inventory including ordering receiving and maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with the management team to address operational challenges and enhance overall restaurant performance.
