Key Account Project Manager

Essential Soft Furnishings are a manufacturer of contract soft furnishings to the hospitality and healthcare industries. Based in Blackburn, we are proud that our products grace some of the most prestigious and well-known brands across the world.

Due to continued expansion, we are looking to boost our customer operations team with a Key Account Project Manager.

You will be responsible for taking end-to-end ownership of key customer project requirements. This customer-facing role will balance commercial and administrative responsibilities such as preparing estimates/quotes, alongside project management tasks including overseeing orders through production, coordinating survey & installation teams, and ultimately ensuring client satisfaction. You ll keep our customers informed every step of the way, and you ll be used to operating in a fast-paced environment, taking challenges in your stride.

You ll excel at taking ownership, with the ability to work autonomously but never forgetting that you re part of a supportive team.

Given the nature of the role, you ll need to be highly organised and used to planning and prioritising. You ll be commercially aware with a strong grasp of numbers, and you ll need to have a good grasp of IT systems like MS Office.

Ideally, you ll have some experience or knowledge of the contract soft furnishings industry, but it s more important to us that you have the underlying skills and personality to be successful in the role. We ll train the rest.
