Junior UIUX Designer

• Design Development: Leverage Figma to devise compelling intuitive user interfaces for our web application encompassing wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs that balance aesthetics with functionality.
• User Experience Optimization: Undertake user research and testing to capture feedback and insights employing this data to incessantly refine and enhance the design. The objective is to guarantee the application addresses the unique requirements of Chartered Accountants in their auditing endeavors.
• Collaboration: Maintain a synergistic relationship with product managers developers and stakeholders to align the design vision with the product roadmap and technical constraints. Effective communication and collaborative skills are paramount.
• Design System Maintenance: Construct and manage a detailed design system to ensure uniformity across all product facets including layout color schemes typography and UI elements.
• Market Research: Remain informed about the latest UI/UX design trends and technologies especially those pertinent to finance and audit applications incorporating industry best practices to keep our product at the leading edge of design and usability.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience as a UI/UX Designer highlighted by a robust portfolio featuring Figma projects.
• Exceptional grasp of usercentered design principles and UI/UX best practices especially within the realm of web applications for professional services such as auditing.
• Expertise in utilizing Figma for the creation of wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs.
• An understanding of the auditing process and the specific needs of Chartered Accountants is greatly valued.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to address user needs and tackle design challenges thoughtfully.
• Outstanding communication and team collaboration abilities with a propensity for working effectively in a teamoriented setting.
• A bachelors degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction or a related discipline is preferred.
