Overview:

The Junior Technical Associate (Finance and Admin) plays a pivotal role in supporting the financial and administrative functions of the organization. This position involves working closely with the finance and administrative teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations as well as contributing to financial analysis and reporting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and variances
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and guidelines
  • Contribute to the preparation of audit documentation
  • Assist in the coordination of administrative tasks
  • Handle communication with vendors and service providers
  • Support inventory management and procurement processes
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams on financerelated projects
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Assist in documenting and maintaining financial and administrative procedures
  • Participate in training and development programs as required


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field
  • 12 years of relevant work experience in a finance or administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications
  • Valid twowheeler license.
