Our Proposal

We are looking for an IT Recruiter with strong English communication skills and a startup mindset to help us find and attract the best Tech Talent around the world.

This role will be crucial for creating and managing a pipeline of qualified candidates for technical positions using Inbound and Outbound recruiting strategies.

Main activities:

• Identify creative ways to target source and find qualified candidates.

• Build effective sourcing assessment and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.

• Conduct screening interviews of potential candidates and promoting the roles.

• Create engaging job descriptions.

• Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience.

• Keep our Applicant Tracking System updated.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English language (You will be communicating with international candidates and hiring managers)

• Previous related experience in Sales Marketing Customer Service Lead Generation Data Entry technology or similar will be highly valued.

• Communications psychology marketing administration or related degrees will be a plus.
