Registered Nurse (RN) Manager - Psych - $76/hr Plus Up to $10k in Bonuses
Cambridge, Massachusetts
An opening for a Nurse Manager for a upcoming adult inpatient psych unit The nurse manager has 24-hour accountability and responsibility for nursing care delivered to patients as well as supervision of nursing We are expanding our adult inpatient psychiatry care to have three adult ; All units will be regular secured adult ; We typically see patients between the ages of The primary diagnoses on the unit are schizophrenia, depression, substance use and anxiety The interdisciplinary team includes psychiatrists, social workers, rehabilitation services and others from the hospital and ambulatory care
Compensation and Benefits
- $ per hour (based on 3 years of experience) & shift differentials available
- Up to $10,000 Retention Bonus after 2 years of continuous service

Schedule
- Rotating: Days (7:00AM - 3:00PM), Nights (11:00PM - 7:00AM); 32 hours weekly (up to 36 hours)
Requirements
- Active RN license to practice in Massachusetts
- At least 5 years of clinical experience in acute Psychiatric Nursing
- Candidates must have demonstrated leadership and management
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or within 1 year from date of hire
- Masters of Science in Nursing preferred
- BLS
