Job Description

Our client is looking for a Junior Sales Development Representative responsible for cold calling and identifying potential opportunities in their accounts. The candidate must be able to hit the sales funnel metrics set up by management. The candidate must have the technical and marketing chops to be able to understand the ERP space and an ability to have conversations with CFOs controllers and CIOs of $30M$1B companies.


Here s an overview of your future role:
Employment Type: Indefinite term type contract
Schedule: Day Shift Monday to Friday 9:00AM 6:00PM
Work Arrangement: Remote/Work from Home
Salary:COPCOP

What do you need to succeed
  • English proficiency: C1
  • Previous experience in selling to CFOs CIOs and controllers.
  • Previous experience in selling finance or accountrelated products.
  • Previous experience with long sales cycles such as management consulting services.
  • Strong knowledge of market research techniques and leadgeneration strategies.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Accounting or a related field.

Tech Stack:

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System:
  • Consider using platforms like Salesforce HubSpot or Zoho CRM.
  • Communication and Collaboration Tools:
  • Email: Utilize email platforms such as Microsoft Outlook or Gmail for communication with leads and team members.
  • Social Media: Familiarity with social media platforms for connecting with executives; LinkedIn Sales Navigator can be beneficial.
  • Market Research Tools:
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors activities using market research tools.
  • Platforms like Crunchbase SimilarWeb or industryspecific tools may be helpful.
  • Microsoft Office Applications:
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications for documentation reporting and data analysis.
  • Sales and Marketing Tools:
  • Use tools to assist in lead generation efforts.
  • Consider marketing automation tools like Marketo or HubSpot for managing campaigns.
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • Understanding of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) space is crucial.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite Oracle SAP Epicor Infor or Acumatica is required.

  • Call email and connect with executes on social media and identify if they might be working on any ERP related initiatives.
  • Be super curious and ask probing questions and book a meeting for further discovery and presentation with the team.
  • Participate in calls with the team make notes and book future meetings if the deal progresses.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain regular contact throughout the sales cycle.
  • Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends market developments and competitors activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and executive team to strategize and improve lead generation efforts.
  • Assist in various sales and marketing projects as needed.
