Junior Project Manager

MiJack Europe GmbH a renowned company in the port automation industry is currently seeking a (Junior) Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team you will be at the forefront of driving projects from initiation to completion effectively managing resources and stakeholders and ensuring the highest quality deliverables. Tasks

• Coordinate and oversee the planning execution and completion of software development projects.
• Manage project budgets timelines and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Communicate with clients to gather project requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers designers and quality assurance to drive project success.
• Identify and mitigate project risks issues and dependencies to ensure project goals are achieved.

Requirements

• Completed studies with a focus on electrical engineering mechatronics automation or equivalent
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%) and handson mentality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both German and English
• 13 years of experience in project management is desirable
