Junior Product designer

To thrive in this role youll need deep design expertise good oral and written communication skills and the ability to deliver beautiful and smart user experiences. Having a good understanding of the technical part and how is your design going to be implemented is also important for you to offer the best options.
Youll work in a team composed of 5 to 8 talented crossfunctional members (engineering product design marketing QA support).

Tasks

• Participating in identifying user needs through a UX approach (interviews user tests A/B testing ...)
• Creating navigation paths to optimize the user experience
• Designing new features to simplify the user experience
• Bringing more coherence by unifying the UI of our different services (dashboard mobile application website)
• Creating pixelperfect and responsive mockups
• Designing highfidelity prototypes
• Collaborating with developers to increase velocity
• Developing and improving design processes (design system methodology user research ...)
• Creating graphic elements (illustrations animations logos ...)

Requirements

• You have an eye for graphic design art beauty and utility
• You can work independently on a design project and run it from endtoend.
• You master UI Design tools like Figma/Sketch & Photoshop
• You are comfortable with prototyping tools like Figma as well as After Effects and Illustrator
• You have basic development knowledge or a basic understanding of how your designs will be built by our developers
• You can validate your hypotheses through user tests or quantitative analysis.
• You are detailoriented curious autonomous proactive and open to teamwork
• You bring positive energy to the team and users
• You are creative rigorous organized autonomous and proactive
• You enjoy telling stories with numbers
• Experience in datavisualization would be a plus
