Aim of Job:
Reporting directly to the Branch Manager you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of properties with a full spectrum of property values.
KPIs
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Being aware of daily and monthly figures expected for your branch and work as part of a team to ensure they are met.
Ensure all sales are placed in pipeline and pipeline figure recorded
Work with your manager to ensure individual targets for viewings, applicants registered, offers and sales agreed are consistently met
Managing diaries proactively
Uphold the companies policies and procedures.
Agree and adhere to training plans with your manager, undertaking necessary training where required.
Ensure the Branch delivers a high standard of customer care at all times
Keep local area knowledge up to date
Comply with all industry relevant legislation
To carry out such other duties which are consistent with the nature, responsibilities or as necessitated by the needs of the business.
Working over Sales, Lettings and Commercial departments to gain a broad understanding of the business.

Specialist Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
Good knowledge of local area and an interest in the housing market
Must have good knowledge and experience of using IT systems (MS Office, databases)
Good and effective communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong Customer Service and telephone skills
Strong organisation and planning skills
Good level of education
Desirable
Full, clean driving licence
An obvious passion for the industry would be an advantage.
