As a Jr. Innovation Consultant you will play a key role in driving innovation and sustainability initiatives within the agrifood ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include:

Participation in open innovation programs internal innovation or innovation consulting:

• Adaptation and customization of commercial proposals: strategic orientation methodology to be used outcomes and budgeting.
• Project management of internal innovation projects or strategic innovation consulting including the support of work programs client relationship management analysis of challenges and opportunities support in the development of innovation strategies and methodologies and preparation of training sessions for our clients.
• Providing support to the people responsible for new products or services related to open innovation internal innovation or strategic innovation consulting.

Participation in strategic intelligence services:

• Generation of business cases and sector intelligence reports from proprietary sources and secondary information sources.
• Participation in the preparation of company reports: the state of food tech the state of open innovation in the food sector and new reports.

Requirements

The ideal requirements for this position would include:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field such as business innovation management or related areas.
• Fluent in English (C1 level) both spoken and written.
• 2 years of experience in innovation management open innovation or innovation consulting.
• Proven track record in project management particularly innovation projects or strategic innovation initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing environments.
• Experience in developing and executing commercial proposals including strategic planning methodology development and budgeting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze challenges and opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
• Entrepreneurial and ambitious with a strong passion for transforming the food system.
• Customeroriented and focused on delivering innovative solutions.
• Problemsolvers able to address challenges effectively.
