Your profile

You Will

• Conduct user research to understand user needs goals and pain points.
• Analyze user data and competitive landscapes to identify design opportunities.
• Create sitemaps wireframes and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
• Maintain design system (Lithium Design System) to ensure consistency across products.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers product managers and marketing to bring designs to life.
• Stay uptodate on the latest design trends and technologies.
• Maintain websiteYour Profile
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or a related field.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Experience with wireframing prototyping and usability testing tools.
• Proven ability to create visually appealing and userfriendly interfaces.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for design and a strong desire to create meaningful user experiences.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma Adobe Suite Miro Webflow is a plus. Experience with prototyping (a plus).
• Provide example of portfolio in the form either link to the website/ Dribbble / Behance or just PDF.

About Us

Circunomics GmbH was founded in 2019 and is already one of the leading companies in battery circularity. The company is based in Mainz. Founders Felix Wagner and Jan Born have set themselves the goal of establishing a circular battery economy. They have inspired a movement of taking batteries from first life in electric vehicles to secondlife applications and finally to recycling any remaining raw materials.

The Circunomics team has developed an innovative digital marketplace where digital circular twins can be registered tracked and traded battery packs. The company has been supported thus far by seed investors and business angels. Startup builder Next Mobility Labs recycler TES Orlen VC and Dr. Peter Mertens former Chief Technology Officer of Audi are some key players.
USbased company Frost & Sullivan awarded Circunomics the 2023 Market Leadership Award. The award identified us as the best in class in the European circular marketplace for the battery trading industry.
