The data driven network logistics department has the main task to manage a Europewide network of more than 200 logistics partners.

As our new Network Business Development Manager you will work proactively and make the next step forward with us. We are seeking a colleague who will work with a great team of dynamic innovative and motivated people in our headquarter in Berlin.

• Negotiate execute and manage contracts with existing and new suppliers and partners to align with organizational goals and objectives.

• Lead the tendering process for new logistics solutions from preparation of tender documents to evaluation of proposals.

• Oversee the administration system for logistics operations ensuring accurate and efficient management of information and processes.

• Contribute to the achievement of P&L targets by managing and reporting costs

• Collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including senior and top management and become an expert in your areas of responsibility

• Manage various crossfunctional projects powered by datadriven insights with the goal to overachieve

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency reduce costs and improve service quality within the logistics network

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Logistics Business Economicsor another related field of study and relevant years of working experience in a startup logistics firm automotive industry or investment bank

• Passion for moving tasks forward taking full ownership of projects and leadership skills that inspire the people you work with to drive opportunities forward with full force

• Ability to manage priorities simultaneously to meet timesensitive deadlines while staying within budget

• Strong analytical skills including the ability to summarize quantitative concepts into a digestible format

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liase with our external partners and manage them independently

• Fluency in English. GermanSpanish Italian or Portuguese is a plus

• Industry knowledge and existing network of contacts within the automotive logistics companies is a plus
