Overview:

The Junior Business Analyst plays a crucial role in the organization by assisting in analyzing business processes identifying areas for improvement and providing vital support in the implementation of solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering documenting and analyzing business requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Assist in developing and maintaining detailed documentation of business processes
  • Support the development and implementation of solutions to enhance business operations
  • Conduct data analysis to support decisionmaking processes
  • Assist in creating and maintaining project plans and schedules
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance processes
  • Help in the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Provide support in training end users on new processes or systems
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and systems
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating risks
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and trends
  • Support the senior business analysts and project managers as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Finance Computer Science or related field
  • Experience or familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools
  • Experience or familiarity with SQL PowerBI and
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data
  • Familiarity with project management concepts and tools
  • Understanding of business processes and systems
  • Proficiency in documentation and report writing
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn
  • Business acumen and understanding of financial concepts
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and business analysis tools
  • Relevant internships or work experience is a plus
