Reporting Structure: Reports to Senior Bookkeeper

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detailoriented and organised Junior Bookkeeper to join our Finance team in the Information Technology and Services industry. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records processing invoices and managing accounts payable and receivable.

Benefits:

• Salary: R6500 R8000 per month depending on experience
• 40 days of annual leave
• Untaken leave will automatically roll over to the following year
• Fully remote
• Own Laptop / computer is essential for this role

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records
• Process invoices and reconcile accounts
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Assist in preparing financial reports
• Support Senior Bookkeeper with daytoday tasks
• Assist with payroll

Qualifications:

• 2 years experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Xero experience would be preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
